Meet the Baker!

Hello there my sweet new friends! I'm Lindsay (she/her) - your new cookie lady!  I am a actually a full time Certified Engineering Technologist with two passions - construction & baking (could the spectrum be any farther apart!) . I have always had a dream of owning my own bakery for as long as I can remember - and thanks to my overly supportive, encouraging, and handy parents and husband - here we are!! I am so incredibly excited to finally be able to serve all of my new customers!

Anybody who knows me will tell you I am either: the one who makes "those" cookies. (Those 1/4" thick, soft sugar cookies with a lightly crisp bottom, and a smooth layer of royal icing with a soft bite and light finish of _____ on the pallet -- hey I can't give up that secret, sorry folks!); the one who makes the amazing cinnamon walnut biscotti with the texture unlike anything they have had before; or the one that makes the warm and gooey cinnamon buns that were her grandfather's favourite.  

I am ecstatic to be able to officially offer my talents up to this wonderful community! I hope to meet you one day and make your day a little sweeter!
